4ALL Encoder
Capture DeckLink or UVC video, embed 4ALL captions as CEA-608/708, and deliver H.264/AAC to one or more destinations over RTMP, RTMPS, SRT, or RIST.

CEA-608/708 embedding is available on H.264 streams. Blackmagic hardware requires the vendor's Desktop Video driver.
What it does
Bring in Blackmagic SDI/HDMI, UVC cameras, or a built-in test pattern.
Insert 4ALL captions as CEA-608/708 data in the H.264 stream.
Send RTMP/RTMPS, SRT, or RIST to the platform and contribution path you use.
Publish one configured stream to multiple enabled outputs at the same time.
